Michelle has nearly 30 years experience in Office Administration. Setting up a functioning office including documents is a favorite function as well as social media management and marketing materials. From the front desk to the back office, her skills are exactly what you need.

Mike has over 45 years in heavy construction of all types, while specializing in earthwork. From golf courses, highways, residential and commercial development to mass excavations, specializing in de-mucking, wetlands restoration, and new construction.

As a small boy, he'd be playing on machines and job sites with his dad, uncles, and grandfather. 45 years later, this is still his passion and as he puts it;
